This suit kept me warm in 58 deg water. I liked the flexibility. It's as easy to get on as most hyper-stretch type wetsuits. I needed a buddy to get the zipper closed completely. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this suit to a friend. The warmth is better than a 7mm wetsuit,and it's way more comfortable.
