About Us - Pro Dive Scuba will be the name that appears on your credit card statement.
- You will be asked for your shipping and billing information at checkout. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION. The billing address has to match what your credit card issuer has on file or the order will not be processed. Also, Pro Dive Scuba will not be held responsible for your shipping charges for incorrect addresses or cancellations after the product has already shipped from our location.
- Orders are generally processed within one business day and shipped the following business day, although we make a best effort attempt to ship within one business day FedEx does not ship or delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
- We currently do not accept international orders.
- Sales tax will apply to Florida residents.
- All orders within the United States are shipped by FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping charges are listed when you place your order.
- Please include your correct e-mail address - order receipt/confirmation will be sent to the given e-mail address. You will not receive confirmation without a valid e-mail address.
